The delivery supports only Yerevan from 10:00 AM to 09:00 PM
2.1 Legal relations between the parties
As soon as the Company receives the Order, the Order is immediately transferred to the kitchen and delivered in a timely manner. If for any reason the delivery is not possible to organize, the Customer is immediately informed. The Company is responsible for the quality of Order and Delivery, in particular for delivery delays and other issues.
2.2 Online payment
In case of any issues connected to the online payment, Customers can contact the Company by a call (+374-43-31-21-01) or by an email to [email protected]. The Company is not responsible for payment delays, cancellations or any other problems.
2.3 Complaints and Suggestions
In case of complaints, suggestions or other comments, the Customer can call +374-43-31-21-01 or send an email to [email protected]
2.4 Email, Messages and Spams
When the Customer provides his/her personal information, in particular the email address, he/she agrees to participate in marketing campaigns and receive emails about promotions and new offers. The Customer can opt out of receiving these emails by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button in the received email. In that case the only email that the Customer will receive from the Company will be Order confirmation.
2.5 Copyright protection
All information on the website including, but not limited to, the website design, videos, texts, graphic images, logos, software, is the copyright of the Company, or they have the appropriate license or other legal basis to use them. The above mentioned intellectual property objects are protected in accordance with the RA legislation
2.6 Cashback
The Company may grant its registered users the right to a cashback in the amount of 2% from the amount of each delivery order made online through Company's website. Such amount shall be accumulated on the Customer's account and may be used later by the Customer while making delivery orders through Company's website. Such accumulated amounts may be used both partially and in full. Such cashback points may not be exchanged for money or be used for any other purposes or in any other locations other than those provided in this clause.
