I forgot my password. How can I recover it?

To recover your password, click the «Forgot password» button on the home page. In the opened window, enter your email address, then 'Submit'. You will receive a link to reset your password in your reply email.

How can I use my Foodydrams?

Foodydrams are available only for registered users of the website. Foodydrams accumulate from the total amount of each order at a rate of 2%. You can see your accumulated bonuses in your Personal account page. Foodydrams can be used for placing delivery orders from the website With your accumulated bonuses you can pay the full amount of the order or its part. In case of partial payment of the order’s amount, the remaining amount can be paid by cash or non-cash. To use the accumulated bonuses, before paying for the order you need to enter their amount in the «Foodydram» field and confirm.

How can I activate the promo code?

To activate a promo code, you should enter this code in the «Promo Code» field and click the 'Check' button before choosing a payment method for confirming it. If the promo code is entered correctly, the price of your current order will be discounted by the appropriate percentage. The promo code discount is valid for the entire amount of the order, except delivery cost.

How can I change my personal information / address?

Your personal information / address you can change from the 'My profile' tab, located in the left column of your Personal Account.

How can I find the dish / beverage I need?

Your preferred food / drink you can find through the search bar or navigation of the website.

How can I register on the website?

To register on the website, you should click on the button located in the upper right corner of the website main page, then 'Create an account'. To register you need to enter and confirm the necessary personal data, or register through the Facebook page or Google account.

How can I see my delivery orders history?

To see the orders history, you need to go to your Personal account and select the 'Orders' button located in the left column.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for the delivery in the way you prefer: cash or non-cash. In case of non-cash payment, payment options are available with Visa, Master, American Express, ArCa bank cards, as well as through IDram and Telcell payment systems.

Can I add new addresses each time?

In your profile you can specify all delivery addresses. When placing a delivery order, you select a preferred from the addresses list or add a new one.

How long does it take for delivery?

The average delivery time is 1 hour

Can I choose the preferred time and date of the delivery?

Yes, you can! On the checkout page the system will suggest you to select convenient delivery date and time, available in the system.

Can I place an order outside of Yerevan?

The delivery service is available only in Yerevan.

What hours does the delivery service operate?

Delivery service operates every day from 10։00 AM to 9։00 PM.
