Foodetory Food Hall Armenia - Little Georgia

As we know, the cuisines of the Caucasus have a rich and diverse menu: khinkali, khachapuri, ostri…! No matter what you choose, everything here simply tastes delicious.
Here’s a few things to be aware of Georgian cuisine:
- There is a whole art about eating khinkali in the right way: hold it upside down, slowly bite a small hole, drink the broth inside, then eat the rest.
- Adjarian Khachapuri is made up of cheese, butter and egg yolk in the middle, because of its origin, these elements are said to represent a boat, the sea, and the sun.
- A traditional Georgian feast is called Supra, which is always led by Tamada who introduces toasts during the feast.
