Preparing traditional Georgian salad "Kutaisi"

"Kutaisi" is a traditional Georgian salad, rich in various flavors: vegetables, greens, spices... The salad can be served as a part of the main course or as a starter.
"Kutaisi" in recent years has become famous for its unique flavors and ease of preparation.
In this article we are going to explore the secrets of making “Kutaisi” salad at home using simple ingredients from Georgian cuisine.
 
Ingredients:
● 3 medium tomatoes
● 1 cucumber
● 1 small onion
●1 bunch of fresh parsley
● 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
● 4 tbsp. olive oil
● salt and pepper to your taste
 
Method of preparation:
1. Wash tomatoes, cucumbers and parsley;
2. Finely chop the tomatoes and put into a large bowl;
3. Peel cucumber and cut into slices, add to tomatoes;
4. Add thinly sliced onion and chopped parsley;
6. In a separate small bowl, add red wine vinegar and olive oil and mix until smooth;
7. Pour sauce over vegetables;
8. Season with salt and pepper to your taste;
9. Mix all the ingredients until the salad is evenly coated with the dressing;
10. Before serving let the salad sit for about 10 minutes to allow all of the flavors to mingle.
